    The re-opening of the Todmorden Curve in 2015 has helped improve rail connections to Burnley and Manchester, and the much hated Pacer trains on our local railway line will all be replaced.
  • More 'Good' and 'Outstanding' Schools

    Since 2010, the number of pupils going to a Pendle school judged by Ofsted to be 'good' or 'outstanding' has more than doubled. Four of Pendle's primary schools have moved into brand new school buildings and West Craven High School has undergone a £6 million face-lift.
  • Boosting Jobs and Apprenticeships

    Andrew helped secure funding for the £32 million redevelopment of Brierfield Mills and the £4 million expansion of Lomeshaye Industrial Estate. These two projects alone are expected to create approximately 1,600 jobs in Pendle.
